Data we collect

We only collect the data you enter in the contact form: name, email address, organisation, topic and message.

This website uses no cookies, no trackers and no third-party analytics. Our hosting provider’s access logs (IP address, date, requested page, browser, referring page) are used to secure the website and to produce aggregate visit statistics, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). They are deleted after 90 days.

Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to prepare a commercial proposal or assess a job application. This processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and on our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients

Only the OKKO staff handling your request have access to it. Messages are sent and stored by our processor Amazon Web Services, within the European Union. Your data is never sold or transferred.

Retention

Messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request, and for no more than three years after our last exchange.

Your rights

You can at any time request access to, correction or erasure of your data, restrict or object to its processing, by writing to contact@okko.be.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (dataprotectionauthority.be).
